Avoid costly late fees! Rental items are due by 9:00pm.
We have a one hour grace period - so 'technically' rentals are due back by 9:59pm. But, at 10:00pm a late fee will be automatically added to your account for each late title. Late fees accrue on a per day, per title basis - if you have 3 overdue new releases you will be charged $2.99 for each title every day they are overdue.
Again, late fees accrue on a PER DAY, PER TITLE BASIS

Late fees are charged when late items are returned.
All late fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file when late titles are returned. If you'd prefer to pay your late fees a different way, please return your late titles to someone at the counter and let them know. If we are unable to charge your account for late fees the same day they are returned, we will suspend your account until you have paid off your late fees.

Late fees are non negotiable
We do not make exceptions on late fees, if your dog ate your house keys, your husband ran off with your movies, your friend forgot to return them for you, you are still 100% responsible for your late fees!
